The console and PC game adaptations of Shark Tale each deviate from the ending of the original movie in different ways:

• In the console version, Oscar never confesses that his title of Sharkslayer was fraudulent. This is likely because one level features a boss fight against a hammerhead shark not present in the movie, which Oscar defeats legitimately.
• In the PC version, Don Lino and Lenny do not reunite and make up. Instead, Spoiler:Oscar threatens Don Lino into retiring, thus making Lenny the new head of the mafia. Furthermore, Angie does not know that Oscar lied about being the Sharkslayer until the end. Spoiler:Oscar also still retains his fame despite confessing the truth, and ends with a dance party in his penthouse suite instead of the Whale Wash.
