Yen Sid spoke for the first time in an episode of the "Wonderful World of Disney" (1971) called "Disney On Parade", in which he was voiced by Michael Rye. At the time his name was unknown, and he was referred to as "Merlin" by mistake. But his name was corrected when Kingdom Hearts II came out, almost 35 years later. He is voiced by Corey Burton, who still does Yen Sid's voice in other Disney animations.

Yen Sid's name is simply "Disney" backwards, and is supposed to represent Walt Disney himself.

Attachment The world map of Dark Souls II has several locations that overlap if all the maps are loaded at once. Notable examples would be the Shaded Woods, Aldia's Keep, and Drangleic Castle all occupying the same spot, Door of Pharros somehow at a higher elevation than Drangleic Castle despite Door of Pharros being underground and the castle above ground, and Iron Keep being set above Earthen Peak despite that Iron Peak is a castle surrounded by lava which is somehow above Earthen Peak's windmill.

The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask

After playing the Song of Soaring, the map that displays locations Link can travel to comes up. The locations of the Southern Swamp and Windfall are displayed incorrectly. The Southern Swamp is shown to be east of Woodfall, but the player must travel east from the Southern Swamp in order to go to the Old Hags Potion Shop, Deku Palace and Woodfall.
This was corrected in the 3DS remake.
