There is a hidden ending that can only be accessed by skipping directly to the credits. In it, Sans says that it is most likely an error handler, but that the player probably got there by cheating. He then calls the player a "dirty hacker."

Before the Psycho Mantis fight starts, he will demonstrate his psychic abilities by reading Snake's mind, which actually involves reading the saved game files on the inserted memory card.
The game save-files that trigger a response from Psycho Mantis are Super Mario Sunshine, Super Smash Bros. Melee, The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, and Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem, the last being Silicon Knights previous game made exclusively for the Gamecube.
Pikmin

Normally, when starting up the game, a sound clip of a Pikmin saying "Pikmin!" accompanies the Nintendo logo. On rare occasions, though, a different sound effect will play. These include:
- "Whoo!", the sound effect of a Yellow Pikmin obtaining a bomb rock
- A Pikmin sighing
- A Japanese voice saying an unknown word

When playing on Island Flyover and passing the lighthouse, planes communicating via Morse Code can be heard.
There are three different codes, which translate into:
"Morse code takes forever. - It sure does."
"Does anyone out there know Morse code? - Sorry. Use your radio."

There is an area known as "Cathy's Beach" on Isla Sorna, where a condensed voiceover of Cathy talking to the Compy will play, as well as some creepy music.
The beach appears to be smaller than the one shown in the films, but the beach chairs and small tables are still present. This is a reference to the beginning of Jurassic Park: The Lost World where Cathy is attacked by Compsognathus'.
Wasteland 2

During the beta and the official release of Wasteland 2, the main menu had an icon that said "Red Boot DLC, Only $49.95!" If the player clicked on it, a pop-up message would appear saying "Just kidding! You didn't really think we'd have downloadable content, did you?"

Attachment Prior to January 20, 2016, there was an unused audio file within the game's named "abc_123_a.ogg". The audio contains several text-to-speech voices warning the player not to spoil the game online. This audio has since been replaced with a different clip laughing at the listener.

Attachment A crudely-made note exists in the game's sprite data, urging players not to post sprite sheets online until a year after the game's release, after everything normal has "been seen in context first." The note makes mention of VGFacts partner website "The Spriters Resource" specifically. If the player attempts to name the protagonist "Papyru", the game responds with "I'LL ALLOW IT!!!" in Papyrus' text, Spoiler:making Papyrus one of the few boss characters whose name can be used for the main character, although the character limit prevents the player from entering the last letter.

The other is Mettaton, although obviously his name is too long for the input screen, inputting the name "Metta" or "Mett" will not only be allowed by the game, but the game (representing Mettaton) will ask if the player is promoting his brand.

Before the release of Tahm Kench. Laughing in the river of Summoner's Rift would result in Tahm Kench laughing back. This only worked once per match and only before Tahm Kench was released.

There is a plaque with the letters WKM hidden in a rock spire in Orgrimmar. The area is not usually accessible but can be reached by using glitches.

Attachment There is a full 14 second loop of the music that plays when in Subspace (based on the original Super Mario Bros.), which cannot be heard as the game boots you out after 7 seconds automatically. It can be heard easily when entering Subspace with a Star affect, then exiting Subspace just before the invincibility wears off.

The Banner Saga

Austin Wintory, the composer for The Banner Saga, used adaptations of Norse proverbs and poetry, as well as lines from the game itself, as vocals for several songs in the game's soundtrack. The vocals were done in Icelandic, the closest language to replicating Old Norse.

Despite not being able to be seen during normal gameplay, the back of the amiibo box in Inkopolis is fully detailed just like a real amiibo box. Not only this, but the text written on the box is written in the same language as that used by the squids. The only way to see this is to glitch out of the Plaza.
