The box art for the game was changed for the localization to Europe. The reasoning behind it is unknown, but the box art for One Piece: Unlimited Cruise 2 remained unchanged when localized.

Because the game was released before his appearance in the anime, Nightmare Luffy's voice is high-pitched compared to his final anime voice. This was fixed in the 3DS version of the game.

Although the word "Cola" is clearly spoken, in the European version of the opening scene when Usopp activates Channel 0, the subtitle text reads that it is "Soda-Powered." The reason for this change is unknown, but is most likely down to legal reasons.
