There was a world based on the Jungle Book made for the game, but was removed for unknown reasons. The world can still be found in the code and can be accessed using a cheat device, though it's unfinished.

They can still do The Jungle Book related things without King Louie, for one with the film's sequel, and those other instances of stuff The Jungle Book related from the 21st century.

I would assume it's due to King Louie effectively being banned from Disney content due to a lawsuit over TaleSpin.

I might actually have an idea as to why The Jungle Book world wasn't in the final game, it comes from there being something similar that got featured. Here's to there being something for The Jungle Book at some point either way, but it'll take a game that doesn't focus on worlds from a specific era of Disney for it to be included.
