Joseph Joestar has a unique counter-taunt, where he predicts his opponent's next line, which they proceed to say completely, and then react in surprise. He has a different version for each of the 41 characters, which includes two versions of himself.

Using this counter-taunt against Dio Brando will make Joseph say "Next you will say 'WRYYYYYYYYYY'", with Dio responding as expected. The "WRYYYYYYYYYY" that Joseph mimics sounds similar to the synthesized version of the yell Dio Brando makes in the Capcom-made arcade fighter JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, which became a semi-popular internet meme that was parodied in several videos.
