On top of the water in the Somnus Reef all the way to the left of the entrance is a rubber ducky floating in the water.

When using the Arma Felix glyph not only will Shanoa be able to talk to the house cats in the village, but swiping the stylus along the bottom screen will materialize a ball of catnip that the house cats will be helpless to chase after.
