In Warlock Zone III, there was a show consisting of Ebisumaru (Dr. Yang) dancing around and farting at the end. This scene was changed in the international release to have Will point his gun to the ground instead.

Attachment As the game was based on the popular manga ''Hokuto no Ken'', enemies would explode violently in a cloud of blood when attacked in game. For the overseas version, "Last Battle", enemies simply fly off screen when hit.

Certain bosses were also recoloured to look more mutant in nature.
