Most of the graffiti in the bar references other zombie games and movies:

Dead Rising - "Otis, out of film. No helicopters. Zombies too fast. Not going to make it. -Frank West"
Plants vs. Zombies - "Need an M60? Come see me! -Crazy Dave"
28 Days Later - "Repent! The end is extremely fucking nigh."
Shaun of the Dead - "Ed is king of the zombies."
Dawn of the Dead (1978) - "Roger, went to the mall, Francine."
Dawn of the Dead (2004) - "Went to save my dog. If not back in 15 minutes, drop everything and come save me. -Nicole"
Venture Bros - "Hey MOL. Meet me in town we'll have some fun! -Brock"
Left 4 Dead 2

Attachment A riot shield was originally intended to be a usable melee weapon but was cut before the final version. Its fully textured model still exists in the game but can't be obtained without console commands or outside of custom campaigns.
Left 4 Dead 2

The game was originally supposed to include a female DMV worker and a male firefighter but both were removed before the final version.

Lazlow Jones (the character, not the producer who plays him) is the most commonly recurring character in the GTA franchise. He has a character arc that spans across several games:

• Chronologically, he starts his career as an intern for the V-Rock radio station in GTA: Vice City Stories. He works his way to become the head of the radio station in GTA: Vice City, but his increasing ego gets him fired.
• He later moves to Los Santos and replaces Billy Dexter in WCTR's Entertaining America in GTA: San Andreas. A sudden alcohol addiction costs him the job and he later flees Los Santos.
• In the late 90s, he goes to Liberty City and hosts Chatterbox on Liberty City Free Radio in GTA: Liberty City Stories. In GTA III, he and his partner Donald Love take over LCFR, renaming it to Chatterbox FM. He loses this job shortly after and his life spirals downward to a celebrity has-been.
• He makes a comeback with a new radio station in Algonquin called Integrity 2.0 in GTA IV. However, his "washed-up" celebrity status keeps it from being a hit.
• He moves back to Los Santos in GTA V, working in WCTR once more in a show called Chattersphere. He also makes his first physical appearance by hosting the talent show Fame or Shame.

Red Dead Redemption

Attachment In Blackwater's Cemetary is a grave that reads "Clinton Underwood". This is a reference to the actor Clint Eastwood, who played parts in many westerns.
Mortal Kombat II
1
Attachment There is an unused animation of Raiden lifting up and shocking someone. It was likely a Fatality, as Raiden would eventually use a similar Fatality in Mortal Kombat 4.
Grand Theft Auto IV
1
Attachment An early pre-release screenshot of Playboy X depicted him wearing a different colored sweater.
Ghostbusters
1
Attachment In the Japanese version, it's possible to earn enough money to enter the ZUUL Building early by buying and selling the Ghost Alarm over and over again as its purchase price is lower than its resale value. This glitch is fixed in the International Release.
Dead Rising 3
1
The Dragon Punch combo weapon is a reference the Street Fighter character Ryu, specifically his special move, Shoryuken. When used, Nick will even shout the move's name out loud, similar to Ryu.
The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds
1
A thief girl can be found in a cave, and when spoken to will say "How about we keep this a secret to everybody?" This is a reference to the iconic phrase "It's a secret to everybody" found in the original Legend of Zelda.
Resident Evil Zero
1
Attachment There is a pink herb found in the files of Resident Evil 0 that is not available in the game. Its usage is unknown and it does not appear in any of the other games unlike red, blue, yellow and green herbs.
Resident Evil 6

Sherry's letter to Claire mentions a person named "Ronny" who would be excited to see Claire. This, however, is a mistranslation as the name in the original Japanese version is "Rani-chan". This is most likely referring to Rani Chawla, from the CG movie Resident Evil Degeneration, who already has ties to Claire.
Resident Evil 6
1
In the original Japanese release, several references to the 9/11 terrorist attacks against the United States, and the war on terror, were included in Adam Benford's letter to Leon Kennedy regarding the foundation of the Division of Security Operations. When localized, these references were removed.
Breath of Fire
1
Karn, whose name was Danc in the Japanese version, received a "race-lift" in the overseas release, going from a pale, almost ash-grey skin-tone to vaguely Arabian-looking. Given that the face portrait seems to be done in the stereotypical (and culturally offensive in the west) "Blackface"-style, it isn't too surprising this was changed.
Final Fantasy IV
1
Attachment While Kain cannot cast any magic in Final Fantasy IV, the data in the SNES version contains a two-frame animated sprite for Kain casting spells, as all other spellcasters have. The Final Fantasy IV Settei Shiryou Shuu shows a screenshot of Kain with a White Magic command, and there is an unused empty magic spell list that, based on the internal character order, was intended for him.
Final Fantasy IV
1
There is an unused 2-handed Ragnarok/Crystal in the item list within the game's data. It does not have a sword icon, but is named "None" (or "Spare" in the original Japanese version). If force-equipped to a character with a cheating device, its weapon graphic is the same as the Ragnarok sword and its attack and sound effect are also the same. It also has the same Holy attribute with an attack power of 200, the same attack power as the single-handed Ragnarok. The only difference is that it cannot be equipped by anyone. This sword is by no means obtainable in any version of the game, and it is found in all versions of Final Fantasy IV, including Final Fantasy IV: The After Years.
