Attachment There is a special encounter in which a player can come across a whale's corpse in the middle of the desert, called "Crashed Whale." The description on the whale itself says "This whale appears to have fallen from a great height", and next to the whale's corpse is a box containing a flower pot of daisies.
This is a reference to the book The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, in which a pair of nuclear missiles were transformed mid-air by an Infinite Improbability Drive, turning them into a sperm whale and a bowl of petunias.

When looking in the "Parts and Service" room, occasionally the player can see "Shadow Freddy" sitting in the location where Bonnie starts. If the player stares at it for too long, the game will crash.

When putting down the monitor, the player will occasionally see what appears to be a "Shadow Bonnie". Like Shadow Freddy, if the player stares at it too long it will result in the game crashing. The only two ways to prevent the game from crashing are to put on the Freddy mask or pull up the monitor.

If the player successfully brings a Pokemon all the way from Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald into Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, then takes that Pokemon to the Game Director in Lilycove Motel, the Director will give them a diploma showing multiple different sprites from Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald. The player can then hang this up in their secret base as a wall decoration, showing the original sprites of Brendan and May.
