The PC version of Titanfall has an install size of 48GB, compared to 17GB on the Xbox One version. This increase in memory size is because the audio in the PC version is uncompressed. Lead engineer Richard Baker explained that this was done so that lower-end PCs don't have to dedicate processing power to audio decoding.
