There is a parody of GTA Vice City in the game. There are ten hidden enemies named "Timmy Vermicelli" which can be murdered by the player, which are intentionally poorly rendered models resembling Tommy Vercetti. Timmy Vermicelli also wears water-wings (arm bands), a reference to the lack of swimming in GTA games available at the time.
