When clicked on, Abathur will say "Work harder, better. Make faster, stronger, evolution never over". This is a reference to the Daft Punk song "Harder Better Faster".

He will also joke about the rarity of Ashbringer, and mentions that his design is likely to change due to Blizzard's tendency towards redesigns.

When clicked on enough, Tassadar will make jokes about the large size of Warcraft shoulderpads.
He makes reference to units from Starcraft that are no longer available in Starcraft 2, and gets frustrated when the void ray is mentioned, a unit from Starcraft 2.
One of his quotes also breaks the fourth wall by mentioning Starcraft 1 directly, and how far videogames have advanced since then.

He will also say "Here's my number. Khala me maybe,", a reference to the song "Call Me Maybe" by Carly Rae Jepsen.

When clicked on enough, Zeratul will say "speak slowly and carry a large warp blade". This is a reference to the quote "Speak softly and carry a big stick," by Theodore Roosevelt.

He also references Star Wars, quoting part of the prophecy about a chosen one bringing balance to the force.

Spoiler:In the mission "Final Interview", the player goes to a lawyer's office to retrieve some files from a lawyer named Tom Goldberg who complains about how violent video games are corrupting young people, the player must then kill Tom to continue the mission.
This is a reference to now disbarred lawyer, Jack Thompson, who threatened legal action if changes weren't made to the mission. The developers didn't change anything, and Thompson never followed through on his threat.

In the French release of the game, the achievement "Fork the Pork" is called "T'as le Bonjour de Ryo" (Ryo says hello). In order to achieve this, the player must kill 6 pigcops with a forklift.

This achievement is a reference to the game "Shenmue", which sees the player take on the role of Ryo. The game featured a popular minigame that has the player driving a forklift.

Attachment Among the e-mails that the player may receive after each mission, one of them is called "A message from Jupiter", sent by a man called "Shinya Takeda", from "Cyberpolice".

These all reference reference the 1988 Tokusatsu show "Dennou Keisatsu Cybercop", which tells the story of the Z.A.C, a special police unit called the Jupiter Unit, led by Shin'ya Takeda.
The mail even includes a reference to character Tomoko Uesugi, a backup Z.A.C officer who was supposed to be the Venus Unit, but whose armor wasn't made due to financial issues.

Since the item you get for replying to the mail is the Venus Armor, the game seems to suggest that the heroes of Chroma Squad are the ones who end up with Tomoko's suit.
