Originally Postal 4: No Regerts was meant to be a remake of Postal 2 called Postal 2x2. It still can be seen through SteamDB that the content depo is called 2x2. Running With Scissors would later announce that Postal 2x2 was still planned during a Reddit AMA in late 2022.
