Unlike past chapters, the Steam page for Chapter 4 cycled through four different banners, each one coinciding with a newly revealed enemy that would appear in the chapter:

• The first banner featured Baba Chops, coinciding with the initial teaser for the chapter and the reveal of the Nightmare Critters.
• The second banner featured Yarnaby, coinciding with his official reveal trailer during an alternate reality game leading up to the chapter's release.
• The third banner featured Harley Sawyer (also known as "The Doctor"), coinciding with the conclusion of the aforementioned ARG, which revealed that he was responsible for an unknown incident that had occurred within the company.
• The fourth banner featured Doey the Doughman, coinciding with a gameplay trailer for the chapter.
