When publisher CRL produced a 1985 microcomputer game adaptation of the 1982 film Blade Runner, they licensed the film's soundtrack rather than the film itself due to complications regarding the film's copyright ownership at the time. The game's inlay specifies that the soundtrack is "a video game interpretation of the film score by Vangelis."
