Undertale has two secret endings that can be seen by doing a Spoiler:Pacifist Run after a Genocide Run. If the player chooses to stay with Toriel, Chara's face appears on Frisk and a lower pitched version of Flowey's laugh plays. If the player chooses to leave, the picture of Frisk and friends is replaced with a picture of Chara in Frisk's place and big Xs appear on other characters. This may be implying that Chara killed them after the game. The only way to get the true pacifist ending back is to either modify or replace the game's save files.

In Sonic 2 Remastered for iOS and Android, it's possible to access the original Hidden Palace Zone (from the prototype version of Sonic 2 for the Genesis), referred to as "Proto Palace Zone".

The level can be accessed by unlocking the level select screen and using the Sound Test to input a code, before selecting Hidden Palace Zone. If done correctly the player will be taken to Proto Palace Zone instead.

Inside the abandoned chapel in Brightstone Cove Tseldora, in the middle of the first room is a group of mushrooms. Hidden underneath them is a Pickaxe which can be used as a weapon, though isn't a particularly good weapon given the effort needed to uncover it. To get it, the player must aggro at least one Undead Boar at the Royal Army Campsite and then very carefully lead/push it all the way down to the chapel until it finds the mushrooms and proceeds to them dig up.
It is also possible to get a friendly piglet from the Royal Army Campsite to follow the player, but they only have a 1/1000 chance of spawning.

If the player hits Meryl, she will retaliate with a hard slap, knocking off health. Meryl can end up killing Snake through this, and when she does the Game Over screen will have her voice saying "This can't be!"
If the player does this in the caves portion of the game and the dogs are around, she will call for the dogs to attack Snake. If the player immediately hides in the cardboard box after attacking Meryl, the dogs will instead pee on the box Snake is hiding inside of.

Shortly after defeating Grey Fox and meeting up with Hal, the player will have to find Meryl, who is currently disguised as a Genome Soldier. When the player finds her, she will run off into the women's bathroom and change out of her disguise.
If the player follows her quickly enough, the next cut-scene will show her without any pants on, as she didn't have enough time to change properly.
However, if the player goes into the bathroom before seeing Meryl and calls Mei Ling on the codec, Mei Ling will chastise Snake for going into there.
