Through the use of a debug menu on a hacked console, players found that the character model of Ellen Page during shower scenes includes a fully textured nude model, including nipples. A Sony spokesperson has since stated that the naked model is not really that of Ellen Page. It is likely that the naked details were added to the textures by an artist after basic body-shape technology was used on Ellen Page during production.

A similar source of controversy came about after the release of Heavy Rain, when a glitch would sometimes cause one of the playable characters to appear fully nude outside of the specific scenes the nude model was intended for.
