One of Koishi's alternate color schemes resembles that of her sister, Satori. Interestingly, inverting Koishi's default colors bears a striking resemblance to her sister's clothing as well. The same can also be done to their official artwork from Subterranean Animism.

The playable character Toyosatomimi no Miko has a unique set of icons near her Spirit Gauge, depicting four male silhouettes whose reactions change depending on the player's performance. These images are a direct reference to the "Reaction Guys" internet meme.
