After getting the DeLorean DMC-12, getting it up to 88mph (which is a reference to Back to the Future) will unlock a hidden challenge called "Blast From the Past", in which the player must perform multiple tricks in a parking garage. This is a homage to the first Driver, where the player would have to do the same thing on the first mission.
