There is a room hidden in the game where a bunny girl will give the character a "puff-puff". This is an implied sexual act where the character is blindfolded, and the bunny girl rubs two Slimes against the character's head as if the Slimes were her breasts.

This can be performed to all 4 characters. Amusingly, if this is done to Jessica, she will appear angry with her arms crossed, tapping one of her fingers.

This is the first Dragon Quest to keep it's title in America and Europe. Square Enix managed to acquire the name 'Dragon Quest', which had previously belonged to Simulations Publications.
