In the Japanese version of the game's introduction cutscene, Kimberly Fox is seen being captured by a monster and it sticking a tentacle down her throat. This was changed in the international release to adjust the camera angle so that the tentacle isn't seen entering her mouth.

In the game's Japanese release, during the cutscene that plays before fighting Spoiler:Jannie's possessed Grandpa, the tentacle comes out of his anus. This is then seen between his legs when he stands up.
This was changed for the international release so that the tentacle comes out of his chest.
