The game has collaborated with the Guilty Gear series at different points. Sol Badguy and Dizzy were first added as playable crossover characters to promote Guilty Gear Xrd: Revelator in 2017, while Ky Kisuke was added later in 2018 to commemorate Guilty Gear Xrd: Rev 2's release. Around this time, six original #COMPASS heroes also received alternate cosplay skins themed around different characters from the series, like Jeanne D'Arc as Elphelt and Nikola Tesla as Ramlethal. There were also power-up cards featuring characters and attacks from the game. The most recent collaboration came in 2021 to promote Guilty Gear: Strive by adding costumes for Sol and Ky based on their appearances in that game. It also added in the Castle of the Silver Feet as a permanent battle stage with "Smell of the Game" as background music.

Since 2017, #COMPASS has regularly held character design contests on Niconico, where the winning design would become a playable character in the game. Past winners include:

• 2017: 13 (Thirteen)
• 2019: Thomas
• 2020: Ignis 'Will' Wisp
• 2022: Nanigashi
• 2024: —Pellinie

As part of a collaboration with Sanrio, the character Delmin from Sanrio's "Devilmintkiryu Project" appears in Show by Rock!! Fes A Live with original song maps credited to the character, and in #COMPASS as a playable character. Because of the nature of Devilmintkiryu Project, she has also appeared as a main or recurring character in some of the anime adaptations of each game.
