In 2015, one of the patch releases featured promo artwork which was taken from Diablo III: Reaper of Souls.Nexon, the game's publisher, soon removed the image and issued an apology, stating "It was a major mistake not checking the source of the image." and promised this sort of thing wouldn't happen again.
