Attachment The character Arden Lyn was created with the intention of introducing more strong female characters into the Star Wars universe.

The game's production manager, Camela Boswell, told Star Wars Insider about the character, "With this game, aside from Leia there was definitely a drive to get another strong female character," "That was part of getting Arden Lyn off the ground."

The name "Teräs Käsi" is Finnish for "Steel Hand". The term was first mentioned in the Star Wars universe in the novel Shadows of the Empire, written by author Steve Perry. Perry created the name by looking for a certain kind of sound in mind, and the Norse language had that kind of rhythm. Perry created a similar word 'spetsdod' for his Matador novels, which was inspired by Swedish words.
