In the level "Pyramid Looting", Sam says, "Why is it you ladies are always interested in raiding tombs for treasure?". Then he proceeds to talk about how he met this athletic girl who had a nice pair of handguns. This woman he mentions is a reference to Lara Croft, the main protagonist from the Tomb Raider series.
