Both games were rated E, but the GameCube version's rating was simply given the descriptor "Mild Cartoon Violence". | Dec 22, 2023, 12:07 AM | Petie | Game: Super Mario RPG | For reference, that rule also applies to sites like Wikipedia though for them, an actual source is usually linked which makes it much easier to deal with - you can use Wikipedia to do your research and then just link to the source they link to, assuming it matches up. TCRF is 100% fine but more an exception to the rule as it's still user-editable but as you said, with much better quality control. |

Also, just to correct my earlier remark, the rule was specifically against fan wikis; the Cutting Room Floor is permitted as a source because it tends to have stronger quality control. I mention it because I and others have cited TCRF plenty of times in the past, and because it includes documentation of regional differences between games (though the Super Mario RPG remake doesn't have a page there yet). |

After looking through some more sources that were used for other trivia, are YouTube videos containing gameplay in those languages valid sources instead? EDIT: I've found videos from Nintendo's official YouTube channels in Dutch and Spanish containing the localized save blocks. I will be adding those to the sources, though I will keep the MarioWiki reference because it is where I got the Spanish translation for "to save" from. |

If the boxart is significantly different on IGDB and should be reflected here, an email or a report on a piece of trivia for the game would work. The banner is less important and may or may not update as well. I'll re-link this game now though the boxart on IGDB isn't all that different at the moment. |

I think this series suddenly trying to implement a story after over a decade of churning out games as often as Call of Duty is kind of bizarre. |
