Apr 29, 2025, 9:51 PM Rocko & Heffer Game: Glover Plok, Croc, and Glover - they seem to have all had the same thing going on at one point... and a very disappointing rhyme structure.
Apr 25, 2025, 9:13 AM CuriousUserX90 Game: Super Smash Bros. for Wii U I don't see why they couldn't offer any additional Masterpieces in later updates, like say after Wii U virtual console started to offer Virtual Console games, none of which included the original Smash Bros. apparently for some reason.
Apr 22, 2025, 7:17 AM CuriousUserX90 Game: Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep I might actually have an idea as to why The Jungle Book world wasn't in the final game, it comes from there being something similar that got featured. Here's to there being something for The Jungle Book at some point either way, but it'll take a game that doesn't focus on worlds from a specific era of Disney for it to be included.
Apr 19, 2025, 11:14 AM CuriousUserX90 Game: Sonic Generations One couldn't possibly be able to eat an entire island whole I can assure.
Apr 7, 2025, 4:37 AM CuriousUserX90 Game: Donkey Kong Atleast these days the modern DK has Candy whilst Mario has Peach. Though to be fair the original Donkey Kong is who became Cranky Kong, who even has a wife of his own, sadly now deceased.
Apr 6, 2025, 7:15 AM CuriousUserX90 Game: Donkey Kong: Bananza I still like to believe that this Donkey Kong game was in the works for the Switch, only to have development redone for Nintendo's next system following an incident I prefer to not speak of. Didn't seem like a good move overall with Donkey Kong Bonanza not being on the Switch, especially after all the Switch had in terms of DK's sub series was re-releases of both games developed by Retro Studios. Overall we certainly got our hopes up after King K Rool's inclusion in Ultimate made it seem like a new game where the Kremlings make a comeback was in the works, along with the Mario Movie having all those kongs.
Apr 3, 2025, 11:24 AM CuriousUserX90 Game: Kirby Air Ride Sakurai is long finished with doing Kirby games himself and has parted from HAL Laboratory as mentioned in this submission, but they say that the newly announced Kirby Air Riders is being worked on by him.
Mar 20, 2025, 3:49 AM MehDeletingLater Game: Secret of Evermore This has been corrected, thank you.
Mar 20, 2025, 2:02 AM northwestnina Game: Secret of Evermore The picture on the right is not the Doug Smith who worked on Secret of Evermore.
Mar 7, 2025, 9:14 PM Ya Block Game: Super Mario 3D Land The ghost is named in the files as "TrickTeresaGoalGhost" (Teresa is the Japanese name of Boo's) and appears in every ghost house level
Mar 1, 2025, 4:54 AM Rocko & Heffer Game: Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl "Don't blame me, I wear Wedgie Boy"
"Kangaroo boy, you're off-model"
Feb 27, 2025, 7:03 AM Ya Block Game: Garfield's Scary Scavenger Hunt Don't look in Jon's basement
Feb 19, 2025, 4:30 AM CuriousUserX90 Game: Disney's Magical Mirror Starring Mickey Mouse I don't like the sound of this in terms of Nintendo's association. You know since it could foreshadow.
Feb 19, 2025, 4:29 AM CuriousUserX90 Game: Disney's The Lion King And I thought Wario's Woods was the only NES game to release after video games started to officially have themselves an age rating system.
Feb 17, 2025, 3:06 PM MehDeletingLater Game: Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Not quite. The games have no direct story connections, but there are recurring themes, concepts, character and location names, and design elements that show up between different games, as well as occasional cameo appearances, like KOS-MOS and T-ELOS (Xenosaga characters) in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. All of these games have the "Xeno" prefix because they are all meant to be part of a wider franchise despite telling different stories and being produced by different developers, and series creator Tetsuya Takahashi has been involved in every Xeno game as a director and/or scenario writer.
Feb 17, 2025, 2:10 PM CuriousUserX90 Game: Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Pretty sure Xenogears and Xenosaga are entirely different series, stuff that's not even Nintendo Property.
Feb 16, 2025, 4:28 PM Rocko & Heffer Game: Super Smash Bros. Ahh, the first in the long dynasty of "weird pretentious Sakurai moments"

Justice for Dashing Super Guy.
Feb 11, 2025, 2:20 PM CuriousUserX90 Game: Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle Good job on finding what I had been unsure of with the source in terms of what specific part of Spooky Trails has the Peanuts reference.
Feb 5, 2025, 8:38 PM chocolatejr9 Game: Wallace & Gromit's Grand Adventures Adding on to this, Whitehead also voiced Wallace in the video games "Wallace & Gromit: The Big Fix Up" and "Wallace & Gromit in The Grand Getaway".
Feb 4, 2025, 5:21 AM * CuriousUserX90 Game: Wallace & Gromit's Grand Adventures This game is actually not the only time Wallace had been voiced by Ben Whitehead before the Vengeance Most Fowl film.
Feb 3, 2025, 10:27 AM CuriousUserX90 Franchise: Pikmin Olimar seems a lot bigger then that in the Smash Bros. series, only slightly taller then Kirby.
Jan 29, 2025, 8:50 PM Rocko & Heffer Franchise: Mario I am aware that that was mentioned and my reasoning wasn't, my reasoning was moreso just the reason the idea of putting Mario there appealed to me and how I would've created backups in that situation, moreso than speculative.
Jan 29, 2025, 8:17 PM chocolatejr9 Franchise: Mario I imagine it had less to do with the fact that Mario isn't much of a fighter, and more about having a sort of "audience surrogate". According to the vid linked, while the Sonic and Mega Man casts would already be familiar with one another by that point, the Mario cast would have no idea about anything going on, and likely would have gone against the other two casts initially until things get cleared up (kinda like what happened in the first crossover, Worlds Collide). Since the Mario cast would be new to the whole thing, it'd also give the writers an excuse to explain the crossovers to any new readers that hadn't read them before.
Jan 29, 2025, 7:03 PM Rocko & Heffer Franchise: Mario Pac-Man or Crash Bandicoot would've been a decent fit for that role Mario was supposed to take in Worlds at War, given that like Mario they both have a sort of element of being "not really fighters", what with Crash being a stupid comic relief even in his own games and Pac-Man being typically personified as a white-picket-fence 50s dad.
Jan 25, 2025, 10:20 AM * CuriousUserX90 Game: Donkey Kong 64 Some brother King K Rool has with his massive size, I don't think they're even the same sort of Kremling.
Jan 21, 2025, 11:36 AM CuriousUserX90 Game: SoulCalibur IV Pity they left out a version for a Nintendo System at the time of it's release, so they couldn't have a matching Star Wars character for that.
Jan 20, 2025, 10:36 AM CuriousUserX90 Game: Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games Had a look at those very credits myself, which shows 4Kids VAs Amy Birnbaum and Dave Willis credited in the same section as Jon St John and Lani Minella.
Jan 18, 2025, 6:12 PM TodayInNintendoHistory Game: Pokémon Pinball This was my first fact. Very happy to see it submitted. :). Hope to provide more where I can.
Jan 18, 2025, 1:29 PM CuriousUserX90 Game: Pokémon Pinball I even notice that even though there's no submissions for Pokemon Pinball: Ruby & Sapphire at the moment, there is still a VGFacts page for it from the link.
Jan 18, 2025, 11:01 AM CuriousUserX90 Game: Pokémon Pinball Thanks for doing so, in terms of fixing what was up with the & symbol when linking other pages that is, of which I can from looking at here: https://www.vgfacts.com/game/marioluigidreamteam/trivia-10863/
Jan 18, 2025, 6:33 AM * Petie Game: Pokémon Pinball Are you seeing something specific? From what I can tell, it works fine. Take Pokémon Red Version (with the accented e manually typed out) and Pokémon Blue Version (using a normal e but matching correctly anyway), for instance.

Edit: Misread your comment. Looking into the & issue now.

Edit 2: Should be fixed now! Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga / M&L: SS
Jan 18, 2025, 6:13 AM CuriousUserX90 Game: Pokémon Pinball Not sure why that is, but there seems to be an issue with linking pages of games that have the & symbol in their titles.
Jan 17, 2025, 8:46 AM CuriousUserX90 Game: Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga These seem to include Japan exclusives.
Jan 8, 2025, 3:54 AM MehDeletingLater Game: Arms No their voice actors had already been revealed before Super Smash Bros. Ultimate was first announced. The tweet and picture sourced in this submission were posted in January 2018, two months before the game's first trailer.

Jan 8, 2025, 3:32 AM CuriousUserX90 Franchise: Mario Could this be year Nintendo hadn't done anything in the same vein as the Year of Luigi since? And why there couldn't be another Year of Luigi in 2023? Such a shame as the remake of Super Mario RPG was once again without Luigi in it.
Jan 8, 2025, 3:30 AM * CuriousUserX90 Game: Arms With Min Min and Spring Man, their voice actors were figured out through Ultimate since there are credits to confirm it.
Dec 24, 2024, 9:47 AM Ya Block Game: Minecraft: Java Edition Creeper reuses the leaf texture
Dec 20, 2024, 8:14 PM Salnax Game: NES Remix Koichi Hayashida started working for Nintendo after graduating college in 1991, so there was probably no real obstacle between him and the SNES library.
Dec 10, 2024, 2:47 AM MehDeletingLater Game: Tornado Outbreak No he's saying the Wii version is different in that the mechanic can only be used in multiplayer there, while you can use it in both multiplayer and the single player campaign in the PS3/360 versions. I updated the submission to match how the source video's description explains this.
Dec 10, 2024, 1:30 AM Endrogg Game: Tornado Outbreak Are you saying there's leftover data that would suggest a mechanic in the Wii port would have been made available in the PS3/Xbox360 ports? The wording here makes it seem like a mechanic that's in all three versions is exclusive to one version, which makes no sense.
