In Hydrocity Zone (prior to Patch 1.3), if the player inputs from level select code from Sonic the Hedgehog 3 (Left,Left,Left,Right,Right,Right,Up,Up,Up) whist hanging on the hook levers (a ring sound plays if entered correctly), it cause a sound clip of Youtuber videogamedunkey to play whenever the players uses the dash panels.
The sound clip originates from his video Dunkey's Best of 2016, which Sonic the Hedgehog 3 was featured in.

In a interview with 1up, lead director of the original Street Fighter Takashi Nishiyama confirmed that the concept behind the Hadoken technique comes from 1970s anime Space Battleship Yamato, in which the titular battleship has a weapon called the "Hadōhō" (波動砲, "Wave Motion Gun/Surge Cannon"). He also confimed that Ryu's name comes from the first Kanji used for Takashi's name (隆), which can also be read a "Ryu".

A save glitch exists that allows a player to exit the Shrine of Resurrection without the Sheikah Slate; without the Sheikah Slate, the player cannot warp and does not have a map but can use runes, control Divine Beasts and interact with terminals. Time is also stopped, preventing Blood Moons.
If the player desires to obtain the Sheikah Slate later, he/she can by returning to the Shrine of Resurrection.
