In early versions of Super Smash Bros. Crusade, one of the playable characters was "Weegee", a parodic version of Luigi originating from the DOS version of Mario is Missing! whose moveset was a composite of different memes from "YouTube Poop" videos. Weegee was removed in version 9.2 in 2018 as the development team did not want to "be the meme game". They believed the game's reputation was becoming overcentralized on the presence of Weegee, and that the character was not of a high enough quality standard to keep around. This decision sparked major backlash from Crusade fans, and ultimately Weegee was reinstated in 2021's version 9.4, with a new moveset comprising of more modern memes.

The reasoning behind removing Weegee is because we don't want to be the meme game. We're working hard to make an enjoyable experience, and are working to really up the quality lately. However, this does not mean that we're not open to slightly less orthodox roster decisions. We just don't want a literal meme character is all.

Attachment Unusually, the 3DS version of Donkey Kong: Original Edition was originally released with an unfinished ROM predating the hack's previous Wii release. The only change in the unfinished version was that the copyright assigned the game as a 2008 release instead of 2010, suggesting that it was originally intended to be released for the 25th anniversary of Donkey Kong's Famicom port and delayed for Super Mario Bros.' anniversary. Stage 1 of Um Jammer Lammy was incomplete in the original PlayStation version, not being accessible in either multiplayer or PaRappa's story. With a GameShark code, a US player can access an unfinished version of PaRappa's stage 1, which has no animations and only uses triangle buttons. Stage 1 would eventually be finished for Um Jammer Lammy NOW!, released 9 months after the PlayStation version, with Rammy and PaRappa support.

Stage 1 is the only PaRappa stage to use the instrumental of the Lammy version.

Before Beta 1.8, this was not an issue since every time a large tree needed to be generated it used a new instance of the generator. This code randomises the height of generated large oak trees. However, this height limit is set once due to the [code]this.heightLimit == 0[/code] check.

Line 51 of BiomeGenBase.java shows the generator instance being created: [code]protected WorldGenBigTree worldGenBigTree = new WorldGenBigTree(false);[/code] The instance is unique for every biome created and is used whenever a biome has large trees in it. Therefore, large tree heights are unique per biome. This is not too noticable however, since these trees only generate in forests, extreme hills, ice plains, jungles and plains.

Between Alpha v1.2.0 and Beta 1.7.3, BiomeGenBase still controlled what trees were generated, but it used a new large tree generator instance every time, as seen on line 64: [code]return (WorldGenerator)(var1.nextInt(10) == 0 ? new WorldGenBigTree() : new WorldGenTrees());[/code] In earlier versions, new generator instances were still being created with the exception that the height was shared per chunk: in Alpha v1.1.2_01, the following code was used around line 380 in ChunkProviderGenerate.populate().

In the image attached to this submission, it shows a world generated in Minecraft Java Edition 1.9.4. The red sand border shows the border between chunks generated before and after game reset. Trees with sea lanterns are large trees generated before the reset and trees with glowstone are large trees generated after the reset.
