There is an unused take in the game's files that features a slightly different ending. "I wish I were hallucinating. What a horrible choice. Eat a toadstool or become a meal for insects."

This unused take, while it is in English, does not appear in the English dub's files, only being present in the files for the Spanish and German dubs.

There are four unused voice files of Alice saying her own name. Their placement in the files suggests they were meant to be said at the end of the game. In the French, Spanish, and German dubs, only one take exists.

There are unused versions of the Red Queen's speech, in which her voice is slowed down. This audio was not replicated for any of the alternate language dubs.

Alice's screams for death by burning and death by falling into a pit are both shortened versions of longer voice clips. The full recordings are in the game's files, but go unused.
