Attachment Mario Forever, between versions 3.5 and 4.4, used an audio track that was a "fart version" of the Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island castle theme as the Hardcore World 1-4 music. Prior to its addition, some versions of the game had an unused version of the fart castle theme with Luigi impressions by developer Michał Gdaniec non-melodically interspersed.

Attachment There is an unused 7th stage in PaRappa the Rapper, which seems to be an encore of the final stage where audience members - including PaRappa's rival Joe Chin - come on stage and copy PaRappa's rhymes instead of the other way around. This concept would be used in PaRappa the Rapper 2 as an encore following the final stage's Cool Mode.

Attachment There are four unused voice clips intended for the Newscaster on Putt Putt's radio that appears to be a developer in-joke. When put together they read:

"A criminal suit was filed against Mr. Firebird. He is accused of purposeful wrong-doing and criminal neglect. It is believed that Mr. Firebird's negligence caused Putt-Putt's unfortunate accident earlier today."

Inside the files of SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom, you can find a video from Scooby-Doo! Night of 100 Frights, an earlier game by the same studio, Heavy Iron. It is unknown if this is a leftover from building Bikini Bottom off of 100 Frights' engine, or a cross-promotion that was veto'd by either Warner Bros. or Nickelodeon.

What some may find more interesting, however, is a now-deleted YouTube upload of the unused cutscene colloquially known as the "Cursed YouTube Video" which was based on a corrupted video file and as such featured disorientating, lagging sound; an inaccurate timer for video length; visuals that cut out; and a buffer that would begin at an exact point and continually play regardless of the viewer's internet speed.

PaRappa the Rapper 2

Attachment Typically, the tutorial for Vs. Mode in PaRappa the Rapper 2 will play the Awful version of whichever stage has been selected in the background, the Bad version for the Boxy Boy tutorial, and then the Good version for the actual gameplay. The exception to this is Always Love, which has completely different songs used in Vs. Mode instead of its actual Bad and Awful songs, it is unknown why the Vs. Mode Bad and Awful versions are different, with possible theories being the Vs. Mode remixes being scrapped but left in Vs. Mode, or Always Love's actual Bad and Awful remixes being considered unsuited for the Vs. Mode due to being versions of the same song with less instruments instead of a completely different song like on all other stages, leading to the creation of new songs. This mysterious track is also used on the map screen when Always Love is highlighted.
Um Jammer Lammy

Stage 1 of Um Jammer Lammy was incomplete in the original PlayStation version, not being accessible in either multiplayer or PaRappa's story. With a GameShark code, a US player can access an unfinished version of PaRappa's stage 1, which has no animations and only uses triangle buttons. Stage 1 would eventually be finished for Um Jammer Lammy NOW!, released 9 months after the PlayStation version, with Rammy and PaRappa support.

Stage 1 is the only PaRappa stage to use the instrumental of the Lammy version.
Disney's Tigger's Honey Hunt

In 2002, the PlayStation version of Tigger's Honey Hunt was rereleased under a new US publisher, Take-Two Interactive. However, the only difference is that the game's voice acting was removed, making it match its Nintendo 64 version which originally released without voice acting.
Arthur! Ready to Race

There are unused voice clips in the files of Arthur! Ready to Race for Muffy Crosswire, Binky Barnes, and Arthur's dog Pal, implying that they were intended to be playable racers at some point in the game's development.
SkiFree

Attachment A "2.0" version of SkiFree was in development in 1993, which would've had online multiplayer; improved physics; AI opponents; and sound, however the physics ended up being corrupted and the source code was lost, so it could not be finished. SkiFree creator Chris Pirih's website has voice clips of the game's sasquatch that may have originated from this version.
PaRappa the Rapper

Attachment The files for PaRappa the Rapper contain an empty "Stage 4" directory, meaning that the actual stage 4 is labeled stage 5 internally - concept art shows that General Potter, Sunny Funny's father who only appears briefly in the final game, was supposed to be the missing teacher. Rodney Greenblat does not remember what Potter's stage would've entailed, though Potter would be a prominent character in PaRappa the Rapper 2, albeit still not having his own rap.
