Attachment If the player holds the button after performing Hugh Neutron's grounded up light and then presses left or right on the stick, they can skid Hugh very slightly. Hugh moves slightly further with every skid, and, as there is no cap to how far the skids can go, he can become so fast that he teleports from one side of the stage to the other with a single skid. This has no practical use in a battle due to the amount of skids required to begin teleporting, as well as the skid count restarting every time Hugh uses the move, but appears to be a deliberate feature implemented by the developers, as every time Hugh skids, he makes a short squeaking noise.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl's movesets are modified through mathematical functions. Due to the monotony of assigning these values, certain modifiers' values are set to be pi solely as a joke. Thaddeus Crews, who added the instances of pi, stated in a Reddit post about the use of the number:

"There is no benefit to this. It may even be detrimental. You can't stop me"

Despite being a boss character, Master Hand is considered worse than any regular character in competitive play when unlocked through the Name Entry glitch. This is due to his high power and unconventional win conditions being nullified by his lack of defense options, slow attack and non-existent movement speed, and - in the case of doubles - his inability to attack the member of the opposing team with a lower port number.

Due to Master Hand being an undesirable character to play as, he is rarely explicitly mentioned as being banned in Melee tournament rulesets. However, he will usually be banned at a TO's discretion in the rare occasion he pops up, due to his win conditions stretching matches out extremely long and his matches always ending with the game crashing.

While most other characters in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 recieved revamped movesets, Jenny's moveset is nigh identical to her moveset from the first NASB aside from inputs that didn't exist in the NASB 1 moveset template. This is due to moveset and gameplay designer Thaddeus Crews considering Jenny's moveset to be one of his favorite kits from the first game.

Upon the release of the Hugh Neutron DLC, a glitch was added to the Switch version of the game that made Aang's air ball move an instant KO. This was quickly patched out.

Attachment Unusually, Rocko's light up air (where he puts on boxing gloves and deals a flurry of punches) is more powerful than his strong up air (where he forces his opponent to look at a painting of a sad crying clown in an iron lung), with the prior move dealing 19% maximum (14% coming from the last hit alone), while the latter move only deals 13%.

The character Pannacotta Fugo is able to evolve his stand Purple Haze into Purple Haze Distortion by entering resolve mode or by using a Great Heat Attack. This is notable as Purple Haze Distortion actually made its debut in the light novel spin-off Purple Haze Feedback which was not written by series creator Hirohiko Araki and is thus considered non-canonical.

Ganondorf's design in Super Smash Bros. Melee is based on his appearance in the Spaceworld 2000 tech demo which showcased a fight with Link and himself where he wields a large sword. This large sword only ever appeared in that tech demo and in one of his win animations in Melee. This specific sword would not be used in Ganondorf's moveset until the release of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate in 2018, where his design is based on that same Spaceworld 2000 tech demo as well as elements from his appearance in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
