In order to receive the Mascot dressphere, you have to get an "Episode Complete" in each level. But if the player completes Zanarkand last, they will not receive the Mascot dressphere. This is likely due to the fact that in most areas after an Episode Complete, you are transported back to the ship but completing Zanarkand does not.

Attachment Emeralds were originally supposed to be rubies, but they were changed to emeralds due to Dinnerbone (Nathan Adams) being color-blind, making him not able to easily tell the difference between redstone ore and ruby ore.

Attachment Twilight Princess is one of the few Zelda games that does not have a magic meter. As such, there is no need for Green Chu Jelly, which is an item used to refill magic in other Zelda games. However, in the Wii version, it is possible to obtain Green Chu Jelly through normal means. But it is only possible once, in the "Cave of Ordeals", room 19. Carefully kill all of the purple Chus and let a Blue Chu and and Yellow Chu merge. Kill it and then scoop up the remains with a bottle. Link will now be holding a bottle of Green Chu Jelly. It has no text, description or effect whatsoever. However, performing this trick in the GameCube version produces a Purple Chu instead.

The final boss, Spoiler:Nyx, is female. Nyx's avatar, Ryoji Mochizuki, is male, however when scanned by Fuuka, she will scan and talk with female pronouns.
The Sims 3
1
Attachment If a Sim with the Investigator profession is on a stake-out, there is a chance that this Sim will reference the case of Bella Goth. Bella Goth first appeared as a playable character in the console version of The Sims. Later, in the Sims 2, she appears to be missing from her family's neighborhood, Pleasentview, and found with no memories in another neighborhood, Strangetown. This reference seems to be a plot-hole, however, as Bella appears as a child in The Sims 3; which is supposed to take place 50 years before the events of The Sims.

Portal 2
1
Attachment An unused soundfile for the Announcer exists in Portal 2.
He says: "We will attempt to comply with these now non-existent agencies by playing some more smooth jazz."
No smooth jazz will play after that.

However, in the German version, the music can be heard.
Sonic the Hedgehog

In Shadow's story, after you ignite the flames around the fountain in Soleanna City and receive the Sceptre Of Darkness, you'll receive a message from GUN HQ that will tell you where you have to go next. The dialogue in the message contains 2 takes from the voice actor, the first take being a failed attempt. It seems that it was accidentally left in the game.
Franchise: Ace Attorney
2
The first 3 games in this series were released on the GBA, only in Japan. When the first game was ported to the Nintendo DS, a new case was added. This case caused a continuity error in the second game, when the original last case of the first game was said to be Edgeworth's last case. This was corrected in Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy, which updated some of the lines of dialogue to fit the new case into the series timeline. Specifically:

• "(But after "that" case was over...)" became "(But a little after "that" case was over...)"
• "After that case, Edgeworth was in a peculiar state, and he got worse everyday." became "Edgeworth was never quite the same after that case, and then, with the case after that one..."
• "That was one year ago. It was right after you left to go back home." became "That was one year ago. It was a few months after you left to go back home."
EarthBound

The official strategy guide included with all copies of the game contains several errors. For example, it claims that the Kraken enemies in the Sea of Eden drop the Gutsy Bat item. The item is actually found in the Cave of the Past area, dropped by the Bionic Kraken enemy.

1
On the box, it claims that the game is a "two player alternating game." This is believed to be a misprint, possibly copied from a template.

The first multiplayer game in the series was Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, although Samus did appear in the multiplayer Super Smash Bros. (1999) and Super Smash Bros. Melee (2001) prior to to the 2004 release of Echoes.
