Once the player completes the main storyline and obtains the National Pokedex, Entei, Raikou and Suicune become available to capture as roaming legendaries. During an encounter with one of them, if the player uses Mean Look and one of the legendary dogs uses Roar, it will end the battle as usual. However, the Pokemon will have disappeared from the map upon checking the Pokedex to locate the Pokemon, making it impossible to further encounter them in that save file.

If Link possesses a red shield and the Ether medallion, Link can obtain an "ice" shield that has a blue palette swap in place of the usual red color on the shield. Link must use Ether while a Pinket takes Link's shield and then kill the Pinket afterwards. When Link picks the shield back up, it will turn blue. Using Ether again will return the shield to it's original red color.

An optional glitched route can be used early in the game to access the the top of Firelink Shrine for free. By running towards a tree situated next to the roof and performing an extremely well-timed jump, the player can make it onto the top of the shrine without having to spend 20,000 souls on the tower key, which is normally required to access the area. Doing this will also net the player an extra Estus Flask, which can found in the upper rafters of Firelink Shrine.

In any zone of Aquarium Park, if the player uses a boost to run on water and then activates a Laser Wisp mid-run, they can aim it into the water. If Sonic then hits a breakable block, the game still assumes Sonic is above the water, giving him normal physics while underwater and preventing him from drowning. However, this also prevents him from using any of the Drill Wisps or jumping towards the surface of the water.

If the player attempts to use a Rocket Wisp powerup while touching the underside of a platform, the Wisp will leave Sonic and fly away, staying in-game for 12 seconds. By doing this multiple times and then activating the powerup normally, it's possible to grab the onscreen Wisps to restart the powerup's timer multiple times, allowing the player to move past the stage's boundaries.

There is a glitch in Skyrim where the player can pass through walls using kettles. All that has to be done is to pick up a kettle, and then walk or run into a wall. This can be used to leave cities without NPC's or certain graphics loading, walking underneath the map, and more.

If used in the city of Whiterun, it is possible to find a chest underneath Skyforge. This chest contains armor, gold, ingots, and ore.

It is possible to get your partner Kooper to give Mario a kiss with a glitch in the Ice Palace chapter. During a puzzle that requires the player to discover the real Bombette amidst several imposters, the player can leave the room and re-enter it by clipping through a wall. Upon re-entering, if you have changed your partner to Kooper, Kooper will kiss Mario upon solving the puzzle instead of Bombette as intended. Doing this with partners other than Kooper causes the game to crash.

In Secunda's Kiss, Red Road Pass, Tumble Arch Pass, and Steamcrag camp, you can find a weapon called the giant's club. You can not pick it up, but you can use a glitch to have a companion use it. All you have to do is take all of the weapons from your companion, tell him/her to pick it up, and they will be carrying it. They can even use it and can do damage. However, it is impossible to take it from your companion.

During a second playthrough Mario can obtain unlimited extra lives in World 1-2 through a glitch.
The player must start a 2 player game and Mario must die in World 1-2. As Luigi, the player must reach World 5-2 and die climbing the vine that comes out of a block next to a Hammer Bro.
When Mario re-starts World 1-2, the vine from World 5-2 will grow through the ground. Mario can can then climb the vine and come down between the Buzzy Beetles and earn 1-Ups.
