Every individual digital track made from the Beatles master recordings that were sent to Harmonix to make The Beatles: Rock Band were low-fidelity copies imprinted with static. This was a security measure to assure that The Beatles' music wouldn't be sampled by other artists in the event that the recordings were leaked.

These low-quality copies were used throughout development, and replaced with high-quality versions for production.

Whilst in the United States the game featured characters from the film We're Back! A Dinosaur's Story, it featured 3 different IPs in other regions. In Sweden, the game featured the cartoon character Bamse instead. In Australia, the game featured the puppet Agro and was titled "Agro Saur". In Europe, the game featured an original character called "Baby T-Rex".

A fifth version featuring the BBC puppet Edd the Duck was to be released in the United Kingdom, but was cancelled.

In the Sevii Islands is a large patch of grass with paths running through it called 'Pattern Bush'. It's thought these patterns were made to resemble the circuit board of the original Red and Green games. Fittingly enough, the grass there only contains bug Pokemon, referencing all the "bugs" (as in glitches) found in the original games.
