Attachment Patrick's Super move was originally going to feature a unique squashed model for each character - these were ultimately scrapped for unknown reasons, with Patrick simply slamming down his rock on the opponent without any transformations or unique animations attached.

Super Danganronpa Another 2 ~The Moon of Hope and Sun of Despair~
1
Attachment Hajime Makunouchi was once a scrapped design left in LINUJ's notebook prior to the time he discovered Danganronpa. His initial design has little resemblance to his final design: he wore a t-shirt with the word "Victory" on it, a tooth-like necklace, a pair of shorts, and a champions belt presumably meant to keep them up. He did, however, retain the same hairstyle and sunglasses within his final design. He was eventually redesigned as LINUJ began to consider the idea of making a sequel to Danganronpa Another: apart from the design of the champions belt and the removal of scars, nothing else was different between the prototype and final designs.

Additionally, while LINUJ regards Hajime's childhood as a common cliche, he also really liked his character and childhood. He also noted that while Hajime's sunglasses are meant for optical nerve damage, he also just liked to draw sunglasses, suggesting that they originally served no purpose in the initial design.

2
Dingo Pictures is a German animation company founded in 1992 by Ludwig Ickert and Roswitha Haas. The company primarily made traditionally-animated films based on fairy tales and other similar concepts used by the likes of Disney, Pixar, and DreamWorks. However, their films are notorious for their low-budget animation, small voice casts, and character designs visibly similar to equivalent characters in more high-profile films. The films in question have been dubbed into Scandinavian languages (i.e. Swedish), as well as Romance languages (i.e. Italian), as well as being released direct-to-video in their original German language.

European game publishers Phoenix Games and Midas Games released some of Dingo Pictures' films from the early 2000s onto the PlayStation and PlayStation 2. Developed by The Code Monkeys, these releases included the original film, and a selection of minigames. Phoenix Games would later declare bankruptcy on August 3, 2010, though this would later be suspended due to lack of income.

Snow White and the 7 Clever Boys

The box art of the game depicts Snow White, the Dwarves, and the Evil Queen as looking like poorly modelled versions of their Disney counterparts. However, their in-game designs are all completely different.

Cartoon Network: Block Party
3
Attachment Despite appearing on the box art, Ed is an NPC in the game and not a playable character. The title screen rectifies this by removing Ed.
Ed, Edd n Eddy: Lunchroom Rumble
2
Attachment During his victory animation, Double D will toss his sock hat in the air, revealing his hair, seemingly answering a popular mystery from the Ed, Edd, n' Eddy cartoon. However, this should not be considered canon to the show, as Double D's head was intentionally never officially revealed on the show. The game was possibly made by a separate group in Cartoon Network’s American division, while the show was produced by a.k.a. Cartoon in Canada.

The DOS version of Zoop has unused text from a scrapped online multiplayer mode.
Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2
1
Attachment Prior to Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2's announcement, a convincing image "leaked" showing El Tigre in the game, which would be shared by a variety of sources including Jorge R. Gutierrez, the creator of El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera. It would later be confirmed by a moderator on the official NASB Discord (who has no involvement in the game's development) that the image was actually an art test from another Discord server and not intended to be spread as a leak. Despite this, El Tigre would still appear as playable character in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2, a rather lucky coincidence given the cartoon's obscurity.

Sonic the Hedgehog 3
2
Attachment In Carnival Night Zone, there is an infamous obstacle known as the "barrel" - a red and white tube that moves up and down depending on what direction is pressed on the control stick, but is animated in a way that makes it appear as if you have to bounce on it to gain momentum - this obstacle has caused a lot of grief to Sonic fans playing the game over the years, and as a result Sonic 3 game designer Takashi Iizuka and lead programmer Yuji Naka officially apologized for the barrel at the Summer of Sonic 2011.
Star Fox Adventures
subdirectory_arrow_right Star Fox: Assault (Game)
1
Attachment Star Fox Assault was actually informally announced in May 2002, several months before its predecessor, Star Fox Adventures, would actually hit store shelves.

In May 2002, Namco and Nintendo announced that that they would be collaborating on several GameCube games, one of which being a new Star Fox game in the same vein as Star Fox SNES and Star Fox 64. Nothing else was revealed except for a tentative logo (dubbed at the time as "Star Fox GC") and poster, and the fact that it would be developed by the same team within Namco who worked on the Ace Combat series. This turned out to be not true, as the final game was developed by different Namco employees at the time, with Tsuyoshi Kobayashi as the producer, Toshiyuki Nakanishi as the All-Range Mode director, and Yutaka Yoshida as the Battle Mode director.

Sally.Exe
subdirectory_arrow_right MY5TCrimson (Company)
1
Sally.Exe was intended to be an unofficial adaptation of the creepypasta of the same name, similar to how MY5TCrimson's previous game Sonic.exe was based on the titular creepypasta. However, since the game's release, he found out that the "Sally.exe" creepypasta was a rip-off of a YouTube video that predated the creepypasta, and feeling that this made the game a rip-off by extension, he decided to no longer support the title and disassociate himself from it. Despite this, he left the option to download the game available.

Additionally, MY5TCrimson has acknowledged that the game was never meant to be a serious project, and while he was glad by its success, he felt it was time to "put my effort into more ambitious games that aren't just cheap jump-scare material" (i.e. his upcoming game Shrouded).
