Attachment In 2023, a set of extremely early Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl screenshots were shared through Discord by a developer, showing an aesthetic closer to Slap City and early versions of SpongeBob, Oblina, Leonardo, The Dump, Jellyfish Fields, and - most notably - Rooftop Rumble, based on Shredder's lair from the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles show instead of the 80s TMNT (despite the 80s turtles having already been decided on this point). Also among the images was Hardcore Chores, Rocko's DLC stage, suggesting that a Rocko's Modern Life character may have been intended for base game.

Attachment In 2001, Infogrames Entertainment SA produced a corporate anthem entitled "Infogrames Rocks My World", which was used at industry events starting with E3 2001 as part of a heavy marketing push to promote their slate of IPs after a series of acquisitions throughout the 1990s. According to YouTuber Larry Bundy Jr. during a video researching the development and release controversies surrounding the game Driv3r, Infogrames' public relations division reportedly spent $50,000 creating the song, but due to the song being relentlessly mocked following its reveal, everyone involved with the song's production was reportedly fired. While Bundy also claimed that the song was first leaked to the Internet by a disgruntled Driv3r developer in 2004, the song was actually distributed by Infogrames to other gaming news outlets as part of digital press kits. The earliest known upload of the song appears to be by software developer Phil Bak to his personal website sometime during or immediately after E3 2001 in May, and the earliest known surviving upload is through a 2001 IGN article covering Infogrames' Gamers' Day press event in August. The song was later uploaded to ZDNET in 2002 on a special article ranking it at #9 on a list of their Top 20 Corporate IT Anthems.

Despite appearing as simply one of the many near-indistinguishable motion-controlled sports compilation games released in the wake of Wii Sports' popularity, Game Party Champions features an emotional and personal storyline about a child dealing with grief over their father's death, assisted by a character Spoiler:who is eventually revealed to be the father's ghost. Both writer Steve Bowler and voice actor Yuri Lowenthal were shocked by Warner Bros.' approval of the script. Bowler had intended for his daughter - who the protagonist, Riley, was named after - to play the game after he dies and learn life lessons from it.

Attachment Dash Bowman is notably the only playable pilot in all of Star Fox Command outside of the Star Fox (Fox, Falco, Peppy, Slippy, Krystal, and even James) and Star Wolf (Wolf, Leon and Panther) teams to be select-able against the Emperor Anglar, essentially the game's true final boss, on Venom.

The only last bosses the other playable pilots can go against are the Splitter in the Lucy and Krystal storyline (which is fought by Katt, Lucy, Amanda as well as Krystal), and Pigma in the Pigma's Revenge route (which is fought by Katt, as well as Falco).

Bill Grey only appears in two missions on Katina and thus is the only pilot to not be involved in the last battle of any of Command's story routes, and also the only pilot (besides James) to not be featured in any of the nine endings.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 was the first Nickelodeon product where Korra from The Legend of Korra isn't voiced as an adult by Janet Varney, instead being voiced by Jacqueline Grace Lopez, while Nickelodeon Kart Racers 3: Slime Speedway was the last time Varney portrayed the character. The reason for this is that in 2022, a year before All-Star Brawl 2 was released and the same year as Kart Racers 3, Varney announced that she was stepping down from the role because she wanted Korra to be voiced by a person of color, much as Korra herself is, following the announcement of a new Avatar: The Last Airbender movie starring Korra to be released in 2025.

Slap City was originally envisioned as a mini-game in Ittle Dew 2 before being reworked into a full title. The scrapped mini-game had intentionally poor presentation, being locked to 30FPS with interlacing, something that was not retained in Slap City given it's focus on competitive play, and a low-poly style inspired by the original Super Smash Bros. The polygonal alternate form of Fluffy Fields, where the Clone Team is fought in arcade mode, is based on this version of the game.

Gyromite is perfectly playable, and some may argue better, without using ROB the Robot. You can push the pillars up and down using a second NES controller while the first controller commands Professor Hector as it would in ROB play, making the game either into a faster-paced co-op platformer for two players, or an unconventional two-controller game for one player in a similar manner to Atari's Raiders of the Lost Ark. This technique cannot be performed on Stack-Up.

Attachment Frog Fractions 2 was a Kickstarter campaign for a mysterious sequel to the satirical browser game Frog Fractions, where the game would be hidden inside another, unrelated title with no announcement. Backers would only receive codes for the game once Frog Fractions fans managed to discover the game's identity, with many bizarre and highly cryptic clues being given until the game's discovery, unravelling a surreal story about time travelers and alternate universes involving fake websites and files stored on them, as well as physical appearances and merchandise.

Two years after the Kickstarter was funded, the game was discovered within the game Glittermitten Grove. Frog Fractions creator Jim Crawford would later state that he believed the Glittermitten Grove Easter egg to not be Frog Fractions 2, but rather Frog Fractions 3, with the ARG to locate the game being the second installment in the franchise.

Bill Gates became so addicted to Minesweeper that he had to delete it off of his PC to focus on work. He would then go to then-Microsoft president Mike Hallman and borrow his PC when he wanted to play the game, and eventually got a record of 5 seconds. Following this, Microsoft development manager Tom Reeves would cheat at beating Gates' time by building a macro to automatically complete the game. Gates would respond in an email:

"My critical skills are being displaced by a computer. This technology thing is going too far. How can one retain human dignity when computers do the important stuff better than people?"
