The character Pannacotta Fugo is able to evolve his stand Purple Haze into Purple Haze Distortion by entering resolve mode or by using a Great Heat Attack. This is notable as Purple Haze Distortion actually made its debut in the light novel spin-off Purple Haze Feedback which was not written by series creator Hirohiko Araki and is thus considered non-canonical.

FNaF World
subdirectory_arrow_right Chipper & Sons Lumber Co. (Game)
1
The secret boss Chipper's Revenge is a direct reference to Scott Cawthon's previous game, Chipper & Sons Lumber Co.. His post-battle dialogue even has him lamenting about how his world was "lush and beautiful, full of strange and colorful creatures", only to fall into obscurity due to players wanting to be scared and feel dread, suggesting that he's jealous of Freddy's success.

His normal self, Mr. Chipper, would later be added to the game as a playable character in the Version 2 update.

Dragon Ball Z: The Legacy of Goku II
3
Attachment An NPC appearing in Dragon Ball Z: The Legacy of Goku II is potentially a reference to American domestic terrorist Ted Kaczynski, the Unabomber. It should be noted that while his character portrait and overworld sprite look similar to Kaczynski, it is used for several different NPC characters in the game, so it's unknown if he was originally intended to physically resemble the real-life Unabomber. However, like the Unabomber this character is also named Ted, he moved to a cabin in the woods, and believes society is too reliant on industrial technology, even complimenting Vegeta on "blowing up" a neighbor's generator after he failed to destroy it himself. His dialogue is the following:

Ted: "I moved out here because society is too reliant on Capsule technology. Civilization is falling apart, and we've all filled our pockets with capsules, SUV's and capsule cappuccino machines. It is unnatural. It was very peaceful here - until that Vinnie guy moved in. He makes me sick! Listen to that music he is always playing:

"Feel the danger around you!
The black darkness surrounds you!"
"What are you going to do?
The eyes of the lion!"

I can't stand that corporate pop music Vinnie is always playing: [same lyrics as above]

[After destroying Vinnie's generator]: You blew up his generator? I like your style! I would have done it myself, but I couldn't figure out his security code."

Gothic
1
In the German version of Gothic, during Chapter 2 of the story you can find members of the German rock band In Extremo playing live in the old camp, performing an acoustic version of their interpretation of the Swedish folk song "Herr Mannelig" (Mister Mannelig). They are in the files for other versions of the base game and in the files for Gothic II's Night of the Raven expansion, but are never used outside of modding due to copyright issues. This cameo was intended to be cross-promotion for the band.
CarnEvil
1
Attachment In the game’s "Freak Show" level, the player enters the "Museum of the Slightly Curious", which features odd antiques like "Salty Jack" (a reference to the mascot for the snack food Cracker Jack) and the "Horse With No Mane" (a pun referencing the 1971 song "A Horse with No Name" by folk rock band America). One of these antiques on display right below a health power-up is a caveman "Frozen in Time!".

The cartoonish, one-eyed Caveman is actually the titular enemy character from the 1991 Midway arcade game Trog. The inclusion was a reference to CarnEvil's Director and Lead Designer Jack E. Haeger also serving as the artist for Trog.
