Two attacks that Riki can learn include Freezinate and Burninate. These two attacks are possible references to Trogdor the Burninator of Homestar Runner fame, who would often be accompanied by phrases like "Burninate" or "Burnination". This was likely added in by the localization team.
Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty
1
Attachment While under cover, Solid Snake assumes the name Iroquois Pliskin. "Iroquois" means "Black Snake" in the Iroquoian language, Huron. And "Pliskin" is a reference to the character Snake Plissken from the film "Escape from New York", which was the main inspiration for the development of Solid Snake. Naked Snake (Big Boss), Solid Snake, and Solidus Snake each wear an eye-patch like Snake Plissken.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
1
In Oblivion, you can find a journal called "Macabre Manifest" which belonged to a grave robber. It includes:

Oford Gabings - Anvil

Travel Cloak with Silver and Green Leaf Fastener
Enchanted Shortsword with Inlaid Writing
Gold Ring with Inscription (Cursed?)
Leather Bound Travel Journal

This person is obviously a reference to Frodo Baggins (Oford Gabings is an anagram for Frodo Baggins, which further cements this reference) from Lord of the Rings. Upon completing the quest you receive a ring which looks very similar to the "Ring of Power".

Sonic Unleashed
1
Attachment In Eggmanland, there are three robots whose names represent a console and a year that a Sonic game came out. These are EF-MD1991 (Mega Drive/Genesis and Sonic the Hedgehog), EF-DC1998 (Dreamcast and Sonic Adventure), and EF-XB2006 (Xbox and Sonic the Hedgehog 2006). To further cement this idea, MD1991 was made first while XB2006 is the youngest and is apparently clumsy, glitchy, and can't do anything right.
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
1
Attachment In the Hyrule Castle courtyard, in one of the windows you can see pictures of Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Peach and Bowser. In Ocarina of Time 3D, the pictures were replaced with a Mario level background with warp pipes and blocks.

This is a reference to phone phreaker Kevin Mitnick, who was tried for computer hacking in the late 1990s. During the trial, the prosecutor claimed that Kevin was so dangerous that if given his one phone call in jail he could launch all the nuclear weapons in the United States. He was also sentenced to 18 months in prison, the same amount of time as the caller on the show.
