True Crime: New York City

Attachment The developers had help from former NYPD officers Bill Clark and Tom Walker to make the game more accurate. Despite this, the game was seen as disrespectful by the rest of the NYPD and was boycotted. This has lead to the firing of both officers involved with the game, changing the in-game police from the real live NYPD to the PDNY, and including a piece of paper with each copy stating that the NYPD does not endorse.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

On February 18th 2011, Bethesda opened a challenge to deliver a baby on Skyrim's release date, November 11th 2011, and name the child "Dovahkiin".

The winners, Megan and Eric Kellermeyer, named their newborn son Dovahkiin Tom Kellermeyer when he was delivered on that date. In return they were given a Steam key that granted them access to every Bethesda Softworks game made, including all future releases.
Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers

Attachment On the arcade version of "Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers", Cammy's ending has an error in her dialogue, her line reads; "WAIT! IF WHAT HE". The end of the line is supposed to read "SAYS IS TRUE...", but it was cut off, even though the whole sentence is still inside the data.

This was corrected in "Hyper Street Fighter II", but with a comma instead of ellipses.
