Nintendo prohibits Shigeru Miyamoto from either walking or biking to work, asking him to drive instead. This is because he's become an invaluable asset to the company and they fear he might get hit by a motorist if he commutes to work outside the safety of a vehicle.
Crash Bandicoot
1
According to director Jason Rubin, Crash Bandicoot utilized a system of dynamic difficulty, making various tweaks based on how well or how poorly the player was doing. Many of these tweaks were made to facilitate more inexperienced players, such as providing more lives and Wumpa Fruit to players running low on lives, giving Aku-Aku Masks after losing 5 lives, and slowing down boulders with each lost life.
Platform: MSX

Attachment Miner Machine is the only Finnish game ever released internationally on the MSX. Astonishingly, this was done without any permission or knowledge from its developers whatsoever. The French publishing house Eaglesoft first released their own copy of the game without ever contacting the developers. Spanish developer System 4 then took the Eaglesoft release and published it with slightly altered cover art. Finally, it was featured in a compilation called "30 MSX Hits" from Premium III.

It wasn't until 2005, 17 years after the game's original release, that the developers found out about this. Neither developer ever received any royalties for their copied games.

Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble
1
Attachment The game cartridge for Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble is unique among Game Boy Color cartridges, as it has a notch in its top right corner which usually only appears on original Game Boy games. This notch enabled original Game Boy cartridges to fit inside the system's cartridge slot. Other GBC exclusive titles lack this notch and will therefore not fit inside of an original Game Boy. A Game Boy will also not turn on when GBC games are forced into the slot.

Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble, however, displays the following message when played in a Game Boy:

KIRBY Tilt 'n' Tumble

THIS GAME PAK WILL
WORK ONLY WITH THE
GAME BOY COLOR
VIDEO GAME SYSTEM.

It's possible that the game cartridges for Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble were re-purposed from another, non-GBC exclusive game. Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble is only Game Boy Color exclusive game with this feature.
