In the Pokedex, it's stated that Yungoos and its evolved form Gumshoos aren't native to the Alola region but imported from another country. It's implied that they were brought to Alola to get the Rattata and Raticate population under control but they rarely see each other because Yungoos and Gumshoos are diurnal while Rattata and Raticate are nocturnal.

This is a reference to when the state of Hawaii had a problem with Polynesian rats eating up sugar cane crops in the 1800s. They imported Small Asian Mongooses to kill the rats. However, while the rats were able to adapt to being strictly nocturnal, the mongooses stayed strictly diurnal. Because of this, both species have become a major problem in Hawaii.

Attachment Outside of Sirchester there is an NPC who states that he swam from the Kalos Region (from Pokémon X & Y) to the Galar Region. If what he says is true then this confirms that the two regions are in close proximity to each other just like their real-world European counterparts of the United Kingdom (Galar) and France (Kalos), which, in real life, are very close but separated by the English Channel.

Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow
1
In an interview with game's producer, Koji Igarashi, found within the game's official Japanese strategy guide, he was asked why he set the game in Japan. He responded:

"Well, I know I keep saying that the protagonist of Aria of Sorrow, Soma Cruz is Japanese, but for the overseas version, we said he was a foreign exchange student living in Japan. That seemed like the best way for westerners to relate to the character, given that Castlevania is very popular in Japan and overseas. That’s why I asked the illustrator Aya Kojima to “draw him like a Japanese person who doesn’t look very Japanese.” And I’ve had people tell me he doesn’t look Japanese to them, so mission accomplished."

Anthem
1
The game was originally to be titled Beyond instead of Anthem. The reason for this previous name was because of what the developers would hope the game would be about, going beyond the walls of your fort into the dangerous wilds. T-shirts were even printed with "Beyond" on them for the staff. However, less than a week before the game's public reveal at E3 in June of 2017, it was decided to use their back-up name for the game, Anthem, after they were told that securing the trademark for Beyond would be too difficult.

The game's developers weren't as enthusiastic about the new title with everyone stating "‘Well, that doesn’t make any sense—what does this have to do with anything?’"
Franchise: Alex Kidd

In an Sega.jp Meisaku interview with game's creator Kotaru Hayashida (aka Ossale Kohta), he was asked why did he wanted to use jan-ken-pon (rock–paper–scissors) in boss fights. And he responded:

"That was also one of our concepts to differentiate our game from Mario. It a very fanciful, absurd idea. There were various reactions, like “What the hell! Isn’t this supposed to be an action game?!” or “I lost the rock-paper-scissors match and its Game over!? This sucks.” Definitely, for people who are good at action games to lose everything and Game Over because of a rock paper scissors match… yeah, that sucks.

The staff at Sega shared these concerns, but I wanted to know how players would react to it, so I left it in."

Additionally, all official trailers had been either made private or removed.

The studio's other game Detention had also been bombarded with negative reviews due to the outrage.
