I am Bread
1
In the ending of I am Bread, Spoiler:a man has a car accident due to being scared by bread. After the accident the man lies unconscious in his car. Another car can be heard stopping nearby and somebody walks over to the crashed car. Then an arm with a black watch comes through the broken sunscreen of the car. The hand touches the unconscious man on the shoulder, and the screen fades to black while the beeping of a heart rate monitor can be heard followed by music.

The watch, the beeping and the music indicate that the arm actually belongs to Nigel Burke, the protagonist of Surgeon Simulator 2013, and the man he drags out of the car is 'Bob', the patient from the same game.
This effectively makes I am Bread a prequel to Surgeon Simulator 2013.
